  1. Eligibility: Wyndham Key To Wyn Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico residents may only enter the sweepstakes portion of the Promotion) who are 25 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. Puerto Rico residents are only eligible to enter the sweepstakes portion and are not eligible to play the instant win game portion of the Promotion. No purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. Employees, officers and representatives of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Inc., WorldMark by Wyndham, Shell Vacations, LLC., and Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively with Sponsor, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Sponsor: Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc., Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc., WorldMark by Wyndham, Shell Vacations, LLC., and Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham, Inc.   3. Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”) which begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on February 15, 2024, and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (“Instant Win Period”) and a Grand Prize random drawing sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) which begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on February 15, 2024, and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
  4. How to Enter/Play – There are four (4) ways to participate in the Promotion:

    (1)  Wyndham Resort Tap Experience - to participate via this method of entry, eligible entrants who are at a participating Wyndam resort can find the Promotion QR Code on Promotional materials found at participating Wyndam resorts. Then, scan the Promotion QR Code with your smartphone which will take you to www.KeyToWyn.com (“Website”), and follow the on-screen instructions to either register if you are a first-time player, or enter your email if you are a returning player, and select “Get Started!” at the bottom of the screen. Once there, follow the prompts to visit the resort’s Destination Station/Concierge Desk. Once there, click “I’m Here” to receive your digital key on-screen. Using your smart phone with your digital key, hold the phone over the NFC tag enabled Grand Prize Door (located on a banner nearby) you wish to enter for a chance to win and tap the screen. There will be an instant win message that will say: “Congratulations! You have won...” and indicates your prize/offer of the instant win prize/offer you win or will receive, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If you are an instant winner or offer recipient of an Uber + Uber Eats Code, check your email you provided upon registration to receive that Code. Then, in order to receive your Sweepstakes Entry Codes, you must visit your Instant Win Tracker in your account on KeyToWyn.com, and then select the Grand Prize you would like a chance to win for the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. To receive an additional 100 Sweepstakes Entry Codes, complete your profile on the Website. Limit one (1) on-site play per participant per day.

    (2)  Online Alternate Method of Entry –If you are invited by the Sponsor to play the Tap Instant Win Game, either click on the link provided in the email or utilize your mobile device and scan the provided QR code. If you don’t receive an email from the Sponsor or if you don’t have a QR code to scan, simply visit https://keytowyn.com/?experience=OAMOE and follow the on-screen instructions to either register if you are a first-time player, or enter your email if you are a returning player, and select “Get Started!” at the bottom of the screen. If you are a new player you will receive an email verification code sent to the email used for registration. Then, tap with your finger on the door with the grand prize you wish to enter for a chance to win. There will be an instant win message that will say: “Congratulations! You have won...'' or “Congratulations! You have received...'' and indicates your prize/offer of the instant win prize/offer you win or will receive, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If you are an instant winner or offer recipient of an Uber + Uber Eats Code, check your email you provided upon registration to receive that Code. Then, in order to receive your Sweepstakes Entry Codes, you must visit your Instant Win Tracker in your account on KeyToWyn.com, and then select the Grand Prize you would like a chance to win for the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion.     (3)  CMP Tap Experience - to participate via this method of entry, eligible entrants who find a Wyndham CMP location can scan the Promotion QR Code at the desk with your smartphone which will take them to www.KeyToWyn.com. Once there, follow the on-screen instructions to either register if you are a first-time player, or enter your email if you are a returning player, and select “Get Started!” at the bottom of the screen. Once there, follow the prompts at the Destination Station. If they are there, click “I’m Here” to receive your digital key on-screen. Using your smart phone with your digital key, hold the phone over the NFC tag enabled Dream Vacation Door you wish to enter for a chance to win. There will be an instant win message that will say: “Congratulations! You have won…” and indicates your prize/offer of the instant win prize/offer you win or will receive, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If you are an instant winner or offer recipient of an Uber + Uber Eats Code, check your email you provided upon registration to receive that Code. Then, in order to receive your Sweepstakes Entry Codes, you must visit your Instant Win Tracker in your account on the Website, and then enter the codes where indicated on-screen under the Grand Prize you would like a chance to win for the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. To receive an additional 100 Sweepstakes Entry Codes, complete your profile on the Website. Limit one (1) play per participant per day.

    (4)  Website Sweepstakes Entry –PLEASE NOTE: THIS METHOD OF ENTRY IS ONLY TO EARN ENTRIES INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES AND NOT TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME.To participate via this method of entry, eligible entrants can visit www.KeyToWyn.com (“Website”),and follow the on-screen instructions to either register if you are a first-time player, or enter your email if you are a returning player, and select “Get Started!” at the bottom of the screen. For logging in, you will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Then, in order to receive your Sweepstakes Entry Code or Codes, you must visit your Instant Win Tracker in your account on KeyToWyn.com, and then select the Grand Prize you would like a chance to win. To receive an additional 100 Sweepstakes Entry Codes, complete your profile on the Website. Limit one (1) Website entry per participant per day (except for the day a participant earns 100 bonus entries for completing the profile).
  5. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Random Drawings: There are three (3) separate Grand Prize pools offered in this Promotion, for three (3) separate Grand Prizes (one per Grand Prize pool). Each potential Grand Prize winner is to be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for each of the Grand Prize pools, to be conducted by Administrator, to occur on or about January 15, 2025. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email on or about the day of the random drawing. The potential Grand Prize winners must respond to the Grand Prize winner notification email within 14 days of time sent or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize and the Grand Prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting. Potential Grand Prize winners will then be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within 7 days of issuance, or Grand Prize will be forfeit (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Potential Grand Prize winners will also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of the prize) along with a Winner Release and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor in the notification, or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential winner may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winners will be issued a 1099 for the actual value of the prize for the calendar in which the prize is awarded.

    Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by email or phone. Each potential winner of a prize valued at or over $600 will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Administrator, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of a prize valued over $25.00 is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries/plays. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed prizes valued at or less than $25.00 will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the prize within 8-10 weeks of the conclusion of the Promotion and the prize will be fulfilled by the designated dealership as soon as it becomes available.

    ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME OR SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
  6. Sweepstakes Odds: Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period in each Grand Prize pool.
  7. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

    Sweepstakes Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes –
    1. Grand Prize #1 (one (1)) - A 2024 Toyota 4-Runner TRD Off Road & 7-Night VacationIncludes freight and handling but excludes tax, title and license charges (the "Vehicle"). ARV of Vehicle $75,000. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. Package, factory options, and other specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Sponsor will determine all features of automobiles including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Grand Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, failure to show the same may result in Grand Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner, time permitting. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation, applicable taxes or fees, destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with Vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of Vehicle from the designated authorized dealer within fourteen (14) after the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, or the Vehicle may (in Sponsors' sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Grand Prize winner. Except as stated in the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Vehicle, neither Sponsor, Administrator, nor any other person associated with the manufacture, distribution, development and execution of this Game and its prize(s), or any of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

Reward Links expire on the date stated on the Reward and are valid within the USA only. All travel reservations must be made with Club Wyndham Travel and be pre-paid at the time of booking. Voucher must be redeemed by Nov. 1, 2025 for travel as far out as the vendor permits. Travel reservations are subject to vendor terms and conditions and cancellation policies. Any remaining travel reservation balance is payable by credit/debit card. Voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not combinable with other vouchers. Eligible for one-time use; any unused voucher funds will be forfeited.     Instant Win Odds: Each Instant Winner will be determined by a randomly populated time-stamp table of a predetermined time each day throughout the Promotion Period. For purposes of this Promotion, a day shall begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET each day during the Instant Win Period.

    Instant Win Game Prize or Offer Claims: Each Instant Win prize winner or offer recipient will receive a pop-up after playing confirming their Instant Win prize or offer and instructions on how to claim their prize. If they win an Uber | Uber eats gift card code they will also receive an email from the sponsor containing the Uber | Uber Eats Gift Card Code and instructions on how to redeem their prize or offer.

    Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

    Additional Sweepstakes Entries: There are several ways to earn additional sweepstakes entries, as outlined below.

    1. Completing profile on KeyToWyn.com 100 entries can be earned by fully completing the profile on KeyToWyn.com and also by logging in one (1) time per day to KeyToWyn.com
    2. Enter a Code from Tap Instant Win Game or from an Event: If you receive a Code via the Tap Instant Win Game or from an event, after you register or log in to the Website, follow the links and instructions to enter the Code. You will receive fifty (50) to fifty thousand (50,000) Sweepstakes entries. Limit: You may enter one (1) Code per day and may receive up to seventeen thousand five hundred (17,500) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period via this method.
    3. Complete Survey: During the Promotion Period, you may be invited to complete a survey.** The survey will be sent via email. Once you complete the survey, follow the links and instructions to visit the Website. By completing the survey and clicking on the provided link, you will earn ten (10) additional Sweepstakes entries.
    **To earn bonus entries without completing the survey, visit the Website, click on the “Don’t have a survey? Click here.” By clicking on the link, you will earn ten (10) additional Sweepstakes entries.

    Limit: You may earn ten (10) entries per week either by completing a survey or via the alternate method as described above.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

    General Prize Conditions and Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total ARV of all prizes for the Sweepstakes and Instant Win is $171,379.
  8. Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

    General Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prizes and any unclaimed Instant Win Game prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  9. Limitations of Liability: The Promotion Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry I or game play s confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Promotion, provided that the Promotion has not been terminated.

    Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
